But it's not, you know, it's a myth that they actually live to the age of 100 without doing anything.

Definitely NAD precursors because uriththanade has quite a weak evidence especially the mitoure studies on humans they're very I mean um you know misleading in my opinion plus you know the effects are very small there's a very small effects with NAD precursors NRN you know the effects are also quite small they're not massive but um you know the idea of upregulating NAD in the context of biological aging I think is more impactful than urine which yes it could upregulate the process of mphagy the mitochondrial clearance or clearance of old worn out mitochondria through autogy but um you know the evidence that it would do so is quite limited in humans whereas there's plenty of evidence that NAD precursors do raise NAD in humans plus they have some other benefits mostly lower inflammation and um some possible metabolic health benefits and exercise performance benefits but the effects are quite small in that area but the same with urethane exercise fitness benefits are very small and very inconsistent
